This is a great site! And it's available in English! I've been having
a very hard time researching Japanese wines and I finally found this
page and I love it! Do you have any information on wine that is made
from fruit in Japan? I think I am looking for information on a beverage
called Ume-shu, which is made from Sho-chu? Is that right? If you have
any extra information on these things or know where I could find some,
please send it my way, I would really appreciate it. Keep up the great
site!

I really enjoy reading your website; it is very entertaining!!!i learned
a lot. I am working in japan for a gas company ; and at the present
time we are not at all in the beer industry. But i know that in japan,
because of a new regulation, many small breweries opened recently. A
new type of less carbonated beer appeared in england, canada and america.
When dispensing this type of draft beer, a N2/CO2 mixture is used. In
japan some import of this kind of beer appeared. I will be very happy
if you could introduce me to somebody belonging to your beer departement
in your japan based headquarter. I thank you very much by advance Truly
yours Laurent Belisaire
