Can you provide any information about your "Itami Onigoroshi" sake? The label indicates that it is produced in Japan by Konishi Brewing, but your website makes no mention of it. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the photos of Mount Fuji and the information on your products. I live in Kamakura and teach three company classes at Fuji Photo in Ashigara(Wadagawara Stn). I have not seen better photos of Mt. Fuji and there are many lining the walls at Fuji Photo. I would be interested in the more technical details of the photos, such as the camera, film, F stop, etc. Who does the printing? On what kind of paper?

Two years ago, I was arranging my papers going back to Japan when I saw a japanese in one of Manila`s busy street. The same Japanese I bumped inside the airline after several weeks coincidentally seated next to my seat. You remember me and gave your calling card and we promise to see each other again. A lot of things happened after wards but faith has its own way of crossing our path. Sekai ga semae desu. Mata ai mashio.

Gentlemen My company is an agency company, located in Budapest, the Capital of Hungary. We are active on the field of promotion of various international sales transactions. We are ready to supply more regarding info. We have an idea, to import japanese sake into Hungary. As far as I am informed this product's taste is nearly unknown here, although is well-known as Japanese national drink. There is a very limited number of places here where one can have a glass or a bottle of hot or cold sake. Additionally, Hungarians usually believe sake is rather a kind of brandy than wine, although they know it is made of rice. There are certain reasons why we believe there is a certain niche on the Hungarian ( eventually NOT just the Hungarian, but the neighbouring countries' as well ) market for selling sake in significant quantities. Being a small company yet, we cannot present ourselves as potential buyers, but we would be glad to offer you our activities we really can do, for promoting your products: we can help in selecting potential local optimal partner(-s) for the import, taxation-handling, storing, distributing and reselling the products. In case if you find our idea interesting, please be so kind and reflect our message. We were in Japan last year for a YPO Conference and were given some saki and would like to purchase some more. Can your company ship saki to Canada? We could prepay for it of course. The product that was given to us at the conference was called "Syan" and it was the flavour in the blue bottle. We would love of course if possible to taste all three flavours. Your assistance in this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Konbanwa! I am so happy to find this site! I had the honor of studying Kendo, Iado, and naginata at your dojo for four months ending just a week ago! I really learned so much there. The sensei and members of the dojo were wonderfull to me. Thank you! I am amazed to learn of the rich history of this family! I really feel so lucky to have found you all! The web site is great! I am waiting for all of the pages to be open in English because regretfully I still can't speak nihongo very well. My friend told me about this site and said that there is 8 pages about Shubukan in the Japanese site! I really want to learn more! Please give my regards to Tamura Sensei and the wonderfull members of Shubukan!

It's my pleasure to be with you all through this site. I run a liquor shop in Japan and by chance I found this page and I'm very glad knowing that there are many people who are enjoying this site living overseas. To tell the truth, most designs of this site look too Japanesque for me, (I mean, in a sense, this site is full of too much stereotype Japanese patterns.) But anyway, if it were them which drew your attentions on this site, I should appriciate he or she who designed this site. Now in Japan,it's not easy for Japanese Sake brewaries to survive, because people's preferance about alchohole has been changing according to widening varaiaties of their life styles. But, even though french wine is my best favorate drink, I begin to believe the best much with Japanese dishes is Japanese Sake: Shirayuki. Thank you!!!

Really enjoyed this site. Found it interesting, especially all the information on the health properties of sake. As a sake lover who has lived in Japan and taken my love for the drink back home I really appreciate the detailed information provided as I try to 'recruit' more sake drinkers! Perhaps sake companies should unite and do some tests on the health properties of sake on Western drinkers! Kampai!!
