ふと見上げた富士。

In 1635, while delivering sake to Edo,
Mount Fuji revealed its beauty to us.

雪をいただいた、気高く美しい
その姿から、「白雪」の名が生まれた。

Covered in snow, the magnificent sight of Mount Fuji
became the inspiration for the “SHIRAYUKI”name (“white snow”).

1550年、創業。
伊丹とともにある小西家の、
酒造りにかける心意気を
受け継ぎながら、
この国の食文化を背負っていく。
